    FOUNDER & CEO

    Mahua Acharya is a global leader in clean mobility and green finance with over 20 years of experience across government, international organizations, and industry. Best known for leading India's landmark electric bus program, she is the former MD & CEO of Convergence Energy Services Limited (Government of India) and former Assistant Director-General at the Global Green Growth Institute. She serves on several international boards, is co-founder and faculty of the Sustainable Finance executive program at IIM Ahmedabad, and holds a Master's degree from Yale University, USA. Her leadership has been recognised through numerous national and international awards, and she has been featured by Bloomberg for her contributions to the clean energy transition.

    Prasanna Acharya

    Co - FOUNDER

    Prasanna Acharya brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, with a distinguished track record in infrastructure financing. During his tenure at IDFC Capital, he played a key role in mobilizing capital for transformative projects across airports, ports, highways, power, and other critical infrastructure. He also co-designed the Government of India's Payment Security Mechanism for electric buses, a cornerstone of the country's public e-mobility program. Prasanna is an engineer by training and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.

    Manish Dutta Pandey

    LEAD - ELECTRIC TRUCKING

    Manish has over 12 years of experience in public transport strategy, policy, and operations, with deep expertise in electric mobility. He played a key role in advancing India's electric bus program during his tenure at WRI and has worked across leading organizations including the World Bank, WRI, and Shuttl. With extensive experience in electric bus contracting and strong relationships across operators and manufacturers, he brings practical expertise in scaling sustainable transport solutions. Manish is an architect by training and holds a Master's degree in Infrastructure Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad.

  • Sundeep Mittal

    LEAD - PROCUREMENTS & CONTRACTS

    Sundeep Mittal is a procurement and contracts specialist with extensive experience in public procurement, infrastructure, and electric mobility. At CESL, he played a key role in designing the tendering frameworks and technical specifications for India's landmark electric bus program. He worked with PwC India on infrastructure and public-sector transformation initiatives. He specializes in procurement strategy, contract management, and public-private partnerships, helping deliver large-scale clean mobility programs. Sundeep holds an MBA.

  • Shreya Chauhan

    TECHNICAL ANALYST

    Shreya Chauhan works at the intersection of public policy, sustainable mobility, and energy transition. At INTENT Platform, she supports policy research, transport systems analysis, and stakeholder engagement for clean mobility and green hydrogen initiatives. Her work contributes to the design and implementation of innovative, data-driven solutions for sustainable transport. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy.

  • Sanjana Sambur

    FINANCE & ANALYTICS

    Sanjana Sambur supports finance analytics at INTENT Platform, contributing to financial modelling, investment analysis, and business intelligence for clean mobility and energy transition initiatives. Prior to joining INTENT, she spent eight years at Microsoft, where she worked on financial analytics, forecasting, P&L reporting, and boardroom-ready analytical tools that supported strategic decision-making. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Cornell University.

Erik Solheim is a globally respected leader in sustainable development, celebrated for his vision, diplomacy, and ability to forge unlikely partnerships. As a former Norwegian Minister of Environment and International Development, and later as Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme, he has combined political leadership to drive progress on climate, nature, and equity. Known as a bridge-builder between governments, businesses, and civil society, Erik continues to champion innovative solutions for a greener, fairer world.

Dr. Agarwal is a distinguished thought leader in urban transport and sustainable cities, with decades of experience shaping policy and practice in India and globally. As a former senior official in the Government of India and past CEO of WRI India, he has been at the forefront of transforming how cities move, plan, and grow. Renowned for his vision and expertise, he continues to guide governments, institutions, and businesses toward more inclusive, resilient, and low-carbon urban futures.

He has a master’s degree from, MIT, USA, and a PhD in Transport Economics, IIT Delhi.

Angela Enriquez

Angela Enriquez is a senior climate and transportation policy specialist with over 15 years of experience driving international climate action and sustainable transportation initiatives. Previously, a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State's Office of Global Change, she led the road transportation decarbonization portfolio, advised State Department leadership on climate and transportation strategy, and represented the United States in international forums.

She previously served as Director at SLOCAT Partnership and held positions at the World Resources Institute. Angela holds an International Joint Master of Science in Regional Development Planning and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Design from the University of California, Irvine.

Saurabh Kumar

Bringing over three decades of experience in energy transition, market design, and implementation of large-scale public programmes. A former CEO of Energy Efficiency Services Limited, he has played a key role in shaping some of India’s most impactful clean energy initiatives.

During his tenure, he led major programmes in energy efficiency and electric mobility, significantly contributing to India’s sustainability goals. He has also held leadership roles at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet, further strengthening global efforts in clean energy access and transition.
