India needs scale and speed at the same time to expedite its green growth ambitions.
But in order to get private finance flowing at scale for the energy transition, a lot more needs to be done to bring projects to bankability, that is, make them ready to receive investment.
We relentlessly work to conceptualise, design and structure climate mitigation projects for scale and once ready for investment, raise capital for implementation of projects.

We shape ideas into investible structures.
We capture the vision, frame the challenge, and define the opportunity. Then we test – we meticulously run the numbers, test feasibility, and ground solutions through pilot engagements. We then structure – build the right partnerships, governance, and delivery models. We develop robust financials that speak to investors and lenders to understand market acceptability and identify the gaps. We constantly speak with others in the ecosystem and the Government in particular.
Aggregate Demand
We achieve scale through the aggregation of demand, and achieve consistency through the standardization of demand contracts and approaches. By bringing institutions and entities together, we pool demand into one powerful voice. This approach unlocks better prices, builds stronger partnerships, and allows all to benefit from economies of scale. Standardization of contracts builds investor confidence. It’s how small ideas grow into bankable, system-changing solutions.

Design for Bankability
Once the concept is clear, we run detailed feasibility, demand modelling, technology options, costs, and risks. We test technical, financial, and environmental viability against international benchmarks. We design operating models, delivery structures, and implementation pathways.
